Can I ship the products to an address that is different from my billing address?
Yes, you can do this by filling in your address as the 'Billing address', and the address you wish to ship it to, as the 'Shipping address’ when you place your order.
Can I order a product that is "Out of Stock"?
Unfortunately, products listed as "Out of Stock" are not available for immediate sale. Please write us an email or whatsapp on the details given above and we will get back to you.
Why was my order payment rejected?
There are various reasons why this may have happened ranging from validity of card/net banking details, insufficient funds in the account to technical difficulties. If you were recently issued a new card , some of the information may have changed. In that case, please confirm your credit card details and try again. How do I make changes to my order?
You cannot modify the order once it has been placed. We suggest you cancel the order and place a new order with your desired changes.
What payment types do you offer?
We accept all authorised debit/credit cards , UPI or net banking for all orders across India.
What is Cash on Delivery (COD)?
If you are uncomfortable making online payments, you can use our Cash on Delivery (COD) facility. This facility allows you to pay your order amount in cash at the time of actual delivery at your doorstep. You can make COD payments only in Indian Rupees.
How can I track my order?
We dispatch most orders within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays, local/ natural disturbances) . You can track your order from the ‘My Account’ section on the website to get an update on your order status.
What do I need to know about my order delivery?
You will be notified via email/Whatsapp before the delivery and can also track the status on the website. We request you to be available at the time of delivery.
Does the storage system ensure the quality of the product is intact?
All of our inventory is kept in our own warehouse. We store, manage and ship our products to you with the utmost care and efficiency.
Can I exchange or return purchased products?
The product can be returned / exchanged only when it is delivered in damaged or broken condition.
Are your products suitable for children ?
Yes. We avoid harmful and even doubtful chemicals, and therefore, our products are suitable for children above 3 years. Always keep any skin care away from the baby's eyes and remember these are for external use only and must be applied under adult supervision.

d. Click on continue to shipping to select the payment mode.of your choice ( we offer a 5% discount on prepaid orders and a free product on purchase above INR 1200)
e. Finally click oncomplete your order and your order will reach us immediately.
How do I know about the new launches by Auravedic ?
If you are registered with us, we will be sharing regular email alerts with you about our upcoming launches . We also feature our newly launched products with a 'New Launch' marker on our home page for ease of browsing and shopping.
Is GST included on price?
Yes, we are charging GST on all orders. All prices shown are inclusive of GST.

Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
