Shipment Processing Time

All Pre-Paid orders are processed within 24 hours and delivered within 4-5 business days. Cash on Delivery Orders are not shipped until the confirmation from customer is received. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once an order is place, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email & a WhatsApp message within 24 hours, along with an immediate SMS. Once your order has been shipped (1-2 days)we will be sending you an email & WhatsApp message with necessary tracking link. The tracking link will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping Charges

We ship products to most of the part of India depending upon the service availability of our delivery agents. If there are no active Discounts or Offers applicable, all products attract a minimum Rs.80/- delivery charges. But, COD will be charged an additional Rs.40/-. To avoid these additional fees, we encourage our customers to place a Prepaid order and Save on their orders.

Shipping & Refund Policy for Unsuccessful Deliveries

At Auravedic, we are committed to providing you with our authentic products and a smooth shopping experience. However, in cases where we are unable to successfully deliver your prepaid order due to the customer's unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, incorrect address, or any other customer-related reason (resulting in an Undelivered Product), the following refund policy shall apply: the following policy applies:

1. Refund Processing for Undelivered Products
When a product remains undelivered due to:
* Customer unavailability after multiple delivery attempts
* Refusal to accept delivery
* Incorrect/incomplete shipping address provided
* Any other customer-related reason

You will receive a refund of the product amount paid, minus:

* Payment Gateway Charges (2-3% of order value, as per processor terms)
* Forward & Return Shipping Charges (actual costs incurred)

2. Non-Refundable Components
The following costs cannot be refunded as they are automatically deducted by third parties:
* Payment processing fees
* Logistics charges for both forward and return shipments

3. Refund Timeline and process
Processed within 7-10 business days after:
    - Receiving the returned product at our facility
    - Confirming its undelivered status with the courier

Credited to your original payment method

4. Full Refund Exceptions
We will issue a complete refund (including waived fees) only when:

Auravedic is at fault (wrong/damaged product shipped)

For Lost-in-Transit Packages:
If the courier loses your package:
* You may choose between:
→ Full refund (including all fees)
→ Free replacement product

5. Customer Responsibilities
To prevent undelivered products:
✔ Verify your shipping address before checkout
✔ Ensure someone is available to accept delivery
✔ Track your order via confirmation emails/SMS
✔ Update delivery instructions if needed
