AURAVEDIC CANCELLATION, RETURN AND REFUND POLICY- 

Applicability
By using Auravedic's website www.auravedic.com (“Website”) and/or initiating a request for the purchase of products on the Website, you agree to be bound by the terms contained in this policy without modification. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this policy, you are advised not to transact on the Website. Please note that we may, from time to time, change the terms of the policy that govern your terms of cancellation, return or refund of an order for products bought on the Website.Every time you wish to use the Website, please check the policy to ensure you understand the terms and conditions that apply at that time.

At Auravedic , we value our customers and hope to provide them with a seamless shopping experience . However, due to the nature of e-commerce and reliance on third-party courier services, errors or damages may occasionally occur. To help us address and resolve issues efficiently, an unboxing video is mandatory for all complaints or claims. You have to raise it within 24 hrs from the date of delivery.

Here are the detailed guidelines for creating an unboxing video:

AT THE TIME OF RECEIVING THE PACKAGE FROM THE COURIER PARTNER-

Inspect the Package:
1.Before accepting the package, check for signs of tampering or damage of the outer packing box.
2.If the package appears tampered or damaged:
Take a photo of the package.
 Notify us by Whatsapp (+919819240020), by sharing the photo of the package along with your order ID.
The request should be received within 24 hrs from the date of delivery.
Steps for Recording the Unboxing Video

Prepare the Environment:
Ensure the area is well-lit for clear visibility.
Position the camera on a stable surface to capture the entire package in frame.
Start with the Shipping Label:
Clearly display the shipping label on camera.
Ensure the tracking number, address, and product details are legible.
Show the Package from All Sides:
Record all sides of the package to show it is sealed and untampered.
Open the Package on Camera:
Record the process of breaking the seal and opening the package.
Ensure the video is recorded continuously without cuts.
Inspect and Show the Contents:
Lay out all items in the box and show them clearly.
Check that the products match your order and are in good condition.
IN CASE OF ISSUES : 
A) For Damaged Products:
Show a close-up of the damaged area clearly on camera.
B) For Missing Products:
Record all received items to confirm what's missing.
C) For Wrong Products:
Show the wrong item along with the shipping label for context.
Stop Recording:
If everything is correct, end the video and enjoy your skincare products.

CANCELLATIONS :
Orders can only be cancelled before shipping. Once shipped, cancellation(s) would not be accepted.

Once an order is cancelled, refunds i(f payment is made in advance )will be initiated to the source of payment, within 7 - 10 business days. You acknowledge that after initiation of the refund, it may take additional time for your refund to reflect in your account which is subject to your financial institution or payment solution provider’s terms and conditions. Incase of cancellation initiated by you, payment gateway charges will not be refunded .

RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS :

Returns are accepted only if products are purchased from the Website only for products that are 
damaged 
not matching your order
expired 

 Please do not accept an order where the seal of the packaging has been tampered with. If you receive a tampered order, please refuse the order at the time of delivery. Acceptance of a tampered or damaged package will automatically disqualify you from any return claims for physically damaged / defective products, an incorrect product, or missing accessories.

An item may be eligible for replacement or store credit after verification by our Customer Care Team in the following cases:

1.Wrong product(s) (Only unopened and unused products will be accepted for returns)
2.Damaged Product(s) (Only unopened and unused products will be accepted for returns)
3.Quality Issues (Only unopened and unused products will be accepted for returns)
4.Missing Products(s) (Only unopened and unused products will be accepted for returns)
5.Expired Product(s) (Only unopened and unused products will be accepted for returns)
In case of missing/wrong products in your order, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team within 24 hours of the order delivery. Requests received after 24 hours would not be accepted.

An Item would not be eligible for return and replacement in the following cases: 

1.Product is received in physically damaged condition.
2.Product is opened, used, or altered.
3.Product is returned without original packaging (including mono cartons ) or if original packaging is damaged.
4.Serial number or barcode on the product and / or product packaging has been tampered with.
5.The return/ replacement request is generated 
beyond 24 hours from delivery date with the video
We will verify the return / replacement request and initiate replacement, refund of amounts or store credit accordingly. Please note that replacements will depend upon stock availability.

Refunds will be credited to the source account within 7- 10 business days from the date of initiation of refund. You acknowledge that after initiation of the refund, it may take additional time for your refund to reflect in your account which is subject to your financial institution or payment solution provider’s terms and conditions.

Please note that separate return / refund rules may apply for certain marketing campaigns or sale periods, which Auravedic may display on its Website from time to time.

We reserve the right to cancel any order without confirming with the customer at any time.

Any concerns need to be reported to our Customer Care within 24 hours of the order delivery date via Whatsapp (+91 9819240020). Our team will revert to you with a resolution within 3 to 4 working days after reviewing your request.

EXCHANGE POLICY - 

We do not have an exchange policy in place.

REFUND POLICY -

Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

1.If ordered products are not delivered within 30 days of the order being placed.
2.If the shipping location is not serviced by our partner courier companies.
3.All refunds will be credited to the source account within 7- 10 business days from the date of initiation of refund. You acknowledge that after initiation of the refund, it may take additional time for your refund to reflect in your account which is subject to your financial institution or payment solution provider’s terms and conditions.
